Hey Everyone, Does anyone have advice on how to make a seasonal position into full-time year round? I’m starting a new business soon that’ll have housekeepers and over half their income comes in between June and September. I’d love to keep pay consistant throughout the year but don’t have enough traditional cleans for that. I’ve also toyed with the thought of paying a base $ + work done wages but worry that people would hop out as high-season approached. Thoughts?
