A service which connect customers with plastic surgeons in another country

Hi all! Long time lurker but first time poster. I love how you guys give input on different business ideas, so I would be more than grateful if you would read mine and give your opinion about it.

The idea behind this business is that the price of cosmetic surgeries in my country are way less expensive than in others (Germany for an example). Never the less, the surgeons here are quite good and do amazing work.

The idea is similar as when one wants to go for a, hair transplant surgery for an example, from England to Turkey. In England, such a procedure costs ~ 10k whereas in Turkey you can get the same thing done for less than 3-4k. So, you have services that organize the whole trip for you – meaning transport from England, hotel stay and surgery in the end. They do that for less than 10k, and that's why people from England pick this option. The service provider basically connects the customer and the clinic, organize logistic par of the work and takes a certain fee.

We would like to do a similar model like this for cosmetic surgeries such as – brest enlargement, lips enlargement, liposuction and so on. These treatements are less expensive in my country than they are in western European countries and thus, potential clients would want to save some money. We would of course, partner with a clinic for plastic surgery and organize the logistic part of the cistomer trip – plain tickets, airport transfer and hotel service. In the end, as with the Turkey example, we would take a certain fee for the service provided.

So, the rough estimate is this. If the breast enlargement in Germany costs 8000 Eur (maybe even more), in my country it can be done for 3000-3500 Eur. Plane tickets, transfer and a place to stay would cost another 500-1000e and we come to a total cost of 4000-4500 Eur for the client. Let's say our fee is 500Eur, the client would pay 5000Eur for the whole package whereas in Germany, he would pay 8000Eur.

What do you think about this business model? Does any one of you have some thoughts about it? Does it have some flaws, pros, cons and so on?

Our initial invest would be to create a website which would offer our service and give information about the procedures which can be done and rough price estimate. We would also need to invest into online marketing campaign as we think that Instagrad and Facebook are a great way to promote something like this.

If you've read all of this thank you! If you have any comments, please don't hesitate to post as we would lile to hear your opinion about all of this! Thanks in advance.

A.
