Hello! I just had my first experience of a customer contacting me saying they had experienced credit card fraud. They had asked if I could supply them any info, and I am not sure if legally I can. We are a newly American registered business that operates world wide. It appears this person who requested the info is from Russia. Any advice?
This is what they sent:
"Hello. I recently found out that someone tried to make a purchase from this site using my credit card without my knowledge. I already blocked the card but I'm curious if theres any info left in your payment system that will allow me to find out who this person was. Can you help me sort this out? If you can, what kind of info you need for this? Date and time of the attempt?"
