Is it possible to start a space based start up ?

Hello

I always were and still am a big fan of space travel. I would really like to do a start-up in this direction. E.g. For future Moon or mars mission. My Question here is, if it really possible to this as a start-up or if you need a big company to do it.

Best software tools for website based startup

As some background of who/what we are to get relevant advice.

We are UK based startup running an ecommerce website making certain custom products (house furnishings), with clients across US and Europe (mostly US). We fulfil them through a production office in India and dropship product back to customers directly from there across the world.
We are at 10-20 sample requests and 5-10 orders a week with average order size of $ 300-400. Expect it to grow by 20-30% a year if we continue at current pace.
The business started with a
1. Shopify website with all orders managed in shopify.
2. Excel databases of products / prices
3. Whatsapp / email for communication with India team (4 people) and then marking it in shopify
4. Quickbooks for accounting

Looking for ideas on best software tools or suites available where we take a forward view to
1. Better store, manage and link data as excel is too cumbersome for current needs and doesn't let us do much analysis on top of client and product trends and profitability.
2. Better integrate marketing, social media and email promotions of customers, to better convert samples and sell more to existing customers.
3. Better able to communicate with India team to coordinate better per order

Any other productivity tools used at this stage or investments we should be thinking to grow and manager faster would be appreciated.

Happy to provide details / answer questions where needed.

I’m afraid that if I make my service subscription based, customers won’t come

So, I'm planning to build this website which provides a certain service to the users. I initially wanted to make it only add based but soon realized that this won't provide me with enough revenue. Now I'm thinking about charging each customer $ 5/month, but I'm afraid that if I do so, they won't be willing to pay. When I for example see a paid service I often choose not to use it not because of the fact that the price is too high but because of the fact that I have to pay (idk if this makes sense). How would you deal with that?

Thanks
