My grandad has a history of owning wholesale gold and used to own a jewellery shop. He currently has a petrol station on rent. He is looking to sell it and it is on the market.
The rent from the petrol station is okay, but he is desperate to get back into business. He wants to travel to dubai and deal in gold there after he sells the petrol station. But he is open to any ideas for making money and really just needs some encouragement as he is worried about his finances at the moment.
Does anyone have an idea what I could recommend him to do? Should we wait until he sells his petrol station then start a jewellery shop or wholesale gold business. He has some jewellery at the moment but really doesn’t want to sell it as it is very precious and would be a real last resort.
