How do companies like YouTube and Vimeo that have instructional videos avoid liability?

I’m looking into creating a website / blog that will have instructional videos that have the potential to cause physical harm.

Let’s say it’s a woodworking website / blog where I share my instructional video and other woodworkers can post theirs too.

How do we avoid the liability and harm that might happen to viewers as they attempt to follow our instructions?

Both YouTube and Vimeo have lots of woodworking videos and other dangerous types of instructional videos but I never hear about them getting sued.
